What is NTUC CTC Grant?
This grant is managed by e2i (Employment and Employability Institute) NTUC to support entities that have established a Company Training Committee (CTC) to implement transformation plans that will deliver better outcomes for both workers and businesses. The aim of the grant is to strengthen results for workers and businesses through:
Company Transformation
Enhancing business capabilities, innovation, and productivity
Workforce Transformation
Improving career prospects and wages for local workers (Singapore Citizens/PRs) through initiatives such as job redesign.

Eligible entities for this grant include those that are legally registered or incorporated in Singapore, such as companies, societies, non-profit organizations (e.g., charities and social service agencies).
However, government bodies, statutory boards, state organs, and wholly-owned government subsidiaries are not eligible to apply.
What is the funding support for eligible entities?
Funding up to 70%
The CTC Grant provides funding support of up to 70% of qualifying cost for each project.
Funding quantum will be assessed based on:
- Strength of project from business transformation perspective
- Cost of project from worker outcomes perspective
